TCW Cards Ltd ("the company", "we", "us", "our") is a limited company registered in England & Wales under company registration number 16007464. Our registered office is located at 50 Brabazon Road, Oadby, Leicester, LE2 5HD. These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions and interactions with our e-commerce platform. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which outline your rights and obligations when purchasing products from TCW Cards Ltd.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our UK-based e-commerce platform selling Pokémon single cards, sports single cards, sealed Pokémon booster boxes, sports card boxes, packs, and other trading card game-related products. All product descriptions, including pricing, are subject to change without notice. While we make every effort to display products accurately, we cannot guarantee that the colours or product details seen on your screen will exactly match the delivered item.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices listed on the website are in GBP (£) and include VAT, where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment must be made at the time of purchase using the available payment methods on the website.
5. Order Processing
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Please note that receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing errors
- Suspected fraudulent activity
6. Shipping
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days, subject to availability. We offer estimated delivery times of 1-2 business days, but these are estimates only, and the actual delivery time may vary depending on the carrier’s service. Once your order has been dispatched, the responsibility for delivery falls on the carrier.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processes, or other factors beyond our control.
6.5. Pre-Orders
Pre-orders will be dispatched to arrive on the day of release, where possible. In situations where our distributor or the carrier makes this impossible, we will not be held liable as this is beyond our control.
7. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method chosen. Free shipping offers, if available, will be clearly displayed at the time of checkout. Please note that any additional duties, taxes, or import charges incurred for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
7.5. Next Day Shipping Eligibility
Next Day Shipping is only available in regions where our courier partners (including Evri and others) are able to provide this service. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on location, and Next Day Shipping may not be available in certain areas of the United Kingdom. This includes, but is not limited to, some parts of Scotland, Northern Ireland, and other remote or less accessible regions.
If you would like to confirm whether your postcode is eligible for Next Day Shipping, we recommend contacting us in advance of your purchase at hello@tcw.cards. We will be happy to advise you based on the most up-to-date information from our courier partners.
8. Ownership and Risk
Ownership of the goods passes to you once full payment is received and the product has been delivered. Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order has been delivered. We are not liable for any loss or damage to products after they have been delivered.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the website, including images, text, product descriptions, and logos, is the property of its rightful owner and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the website without the prior written permission of its owner.
All product images used on this website are for illustrative purposes only and are displayed under the principles of fair use, including imagery related to third-party products or brands, and are intended solely to represent the items being sold.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TCW Cards and its directors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or the purchase of products, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or product damage. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific product in question.
11. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for any delays or failures to fulfil our obligations under these Terms and Conditions due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, war, or government regulations.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. VAT Charges
TCW Cards Ltd is a VAT-registered business in the United Kingdom, operating as a limited company. Our VAT registration number is GB 477 7477 27. All applicable products and services are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate, as required by UK law. Prices listed on our website include VAT where applicable unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to charge VAT on all qualifying purchases in accordance with UK VAT regulations. By completing a purchase on our site, you agree to any applicable VAT charges as part of your transaction. Grading Submissions – Liability and Disclaimer
By submitting a card for grading through our service, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Responsibility During Transit and Handling: We assume full responsibility for your card(s) while they are in our direct possession and during transit to and from the grading company, provided that the shipping method includes tracking and insurance as agreed upon. We take all reasonable steps to ensure safe handling and secure packaging.

Third-Party Grading Company Liability: Once your card(s) have been submitted to the grading company, we are no longer liable for any damage, loss, delays, or other issues that may occur while the card(s) are in the grading company’s custody. Any disputes or claims during this phase must be addressed directly with the grading company.

No Guarantee on Grade or Value: We do not and cannot guarantee the final grade assigned by the grading company, nor do we make any assurances regarding the future market value of the graded card. Grading is a subjective process carried out by independent professionals, and we have no influence over the outcome.

Special/Chase Packs
For the avoidance of doubt, when we state that “1 in 10 TCW Booster Bags contains a special pack,” the term special pack/chase pack (or similar) refers specifically to packs that are either a High Class or Holiday set as marketed in Japan. The designation of a pack as special is determined solely by this classification and does not imply any additional attributes, rarity, or value beyond what is described in the marketing of these sets.

Market & Pricing Changes
Booster bags are pre-assembled before purchase. Due to fluctuations in the Japanese wholesale market, retail pack prices may change between the time of assembly and the time of sale. As such, values may differ at the point of customer purchase. -
Contents of Booster Packs
TCW Cards has no control over, and accepts no responsibility for, the individual cards contained within any sealed booster packs. Pack contents are determined by Pokémon and not by TCW Cards. -
Intellectual Property
All copyrights and trademarks relating to the booster packs and their contents are the property of The Pokémon Company and remain their intellectual property. TCW Cards makes no claim of ownership. -
Use of Master Ball Graphic
The Master Ball graphic featured on the booster bag label is used under principles of fair use for descriptive and decorative purposes only.

Pokémon Chaos Rising Promotional Free Gift Offer – 22 May 2026
- This promotional offer is valid only for eligible orders placed between 00:00 and 23:59 (UK time) on Friday 22 May 2026.
- To qualify for entry into the promotional free gift selection, customers must place an order with a minimum spend of £20.00 (GBP) on Pokémon Chaos Rising products only. Spend on any other products, services, shipping fees, taxes, discounts, vouchers, gift cards, or promotional credits will not count towards the qualifying threshold.
- Two (2) qualifying orders will be selected at random to receive a free Pokémon Chaos Rising Premium Checklane Blister (“Promotional Gift”). Selection is final and at the sole discretion of TCW Cards.
- The Promotional Gift is supplied free of charge as part of a limited promotional campaign and:
- has no cash, credit, exchange, or resale value;

- Promotional Gifts are subject to availability and TCW Cards reserves the right to amend, substitute, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time where reasonably necessary, including but not limited to stock limitations, pricing errors, technical issues, suspected misuse, fraud, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
- TCW Cards reserves the right to refuse or cancel eligibility where it reasonably suspects abuse of the promotion, including but not limited to multiple orders intended to circumvent promotional limits, fraudulent activity, or orders placed for resale purposes.
- Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

TCW Cards Mystery Ace Slab Bag — Terms & Conditions
1. Product
1.1. The TCW Cards Mystery Ace Slab Bag (“Mystery Slab Bag”) contains one (1) Ace Grading graded trading card (“slab”).
1.2. Every slab included in a Mystery Slab Bag is guaranteed to have a grade of 9 or higher, as awarded by Ace Grading.
1.3. The specific card contained within each Mystery Slab Bag is randomly selected. Customers cannot request, select or guarantee a specific card unless expressly stated by TCW Cards.
1.4. The Mystery Slab Bag is intended to provide an element of surprise. The exact card received will not be disclosed prior to opening.
2. Value Guarantee
2.1. Each slab included in a Mystery Slab Bag is guaranteed to have a perceived market value at least equal to the purchase price paid for the Mystery Slab Bag.
2.2. This value guarantee is assessed at the time the card is inserted into the Mystery Slab Bag / the relevant product is created, and does not constitute a guarantee of the card's future market value or resale price.
2.3. The value assigned to a card is based on TCW Cards' reasonable assessment of its perceived market value at the time of insertion.
2.4. When determining the perceived market value, TCW Cards may consider recent completed/sold listings on eBay, including comparable sales of the same or equivalent card and grade.
2.5. TCW Cards may also consider market prices and valuation data displayed by third-party services, including but not limited to Pulse TCG, Card Ladder and similar card-market or price-tracking services.
2.6. Where sufficient recent sold data is unavailable, TCW Cards may use a reasonable combination of available market data and comparable sales to determine the perceived market value.
2.7. Market values are subject to change. The value guarantee applies only to the assessment made at the time of insertion/product creation and does not guarantee that the card will retain, increase or achieve that value when subsequently sold.
2.8. The value guarantee is based on the perceived market value of the specific graded card, taking into account factors such as the card, set, language, grade and other relevant characteristics.
3. Random Selection
3.1. Slabs are selected by TCW Cards from eligible inventory and allocated randomly or through TCW Cards' standard product assembly process.
3.2. The contents of one Mystery Slab Bag do not affect or determine the contents of another Mystery Slab Bag.
3.3. Customers are not guaranteed to receive a particular Pokémon, character, set, rarity, card, artwork or other specific feature unless expressly stated in the product description.
4. Returns and Exchanges
4.1. Due to the mystery nature of the product, opened Mystery Slab Bags cannot be returned or exchanged solely because the card received is not to the customer's preference or is different from the card the customer hoped to receive.
4.2. Opening the Mystery Slab Bag constitutes acceptance of the randomly selected contents for the purposes of this provision.
4.3. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects or limits any statutory rights available to consumers under applicable UK consumer law. This includes rights relating to products that are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise fail to meet applicable legal requirements.
4.4. If you believe your product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise does not comply with your statutory rights, please contact TCW Cards so that the matter can be investigated and an appropriate remedy provided where required by law.
5. Condition and Authenticity
5.1. All cards supplied within the Mystery Slab Bag will be contained within an Ace Grading slab and will carry an Ace Grading grade of 9 or higher.
5.2. TCW Cards will take reasonable care to ensure that products are securely packaged prior to dispatch.
5.3. The slab itself may show minor cosmetic imperfections consistent with normal handling, storage or the grading/slabbing process. Such cosmetic characteristics do not necessarily indicate damage to the card contained within.
6. Availability
6.1. Mystery Slab Bags are available only while stocks last.
6.2. The number of Mystery Slab Bags available may be limited by the amount of eligible graded-card inventory held by TCW Cards.
7. Pricing
7.1. The purchase price of the Mystery Slab Bag is the price displayed on the TCW Cards website at the time the order is placed, excluding any separately stated delivery charges.
7.2. The value guarantee described in Section 2 is based on the purchase price of the Mystery Slab Bag and the perceived market value assessment made at the time of product creation.
8. General
8.1. TCW Cards reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary, provided that any changes will not retrospectively alter the rights of customers who have already purchased a Mystery Slab Bag.
8.2. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or otherwise limit any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
8.3. By purchasing a TCW Cards Mystery Ace Slab Bag, the customer acknowledges that the product is a mystery product and that the exact card received is determined by the product's random selection process.
