Bots go against everything we're trying to build at TCW Cards.

From day one, our goal has been to build a community for people who genuinely love TCG's - not to create opportunities for bots and resellers.

We genuinely appreciate every customer who shops with us fairly, especially those who have supported our general releases without using bots.

However, we know the first-come, first-served system isn't always the fairest way to get products into the hands of collectors.

So, moving forward, we're making some changes to the way our Pokémon drops work.
