Product Limits

Where product limits apply, if the same customer places multiple orders to avoid the product limits, all orders associated with that customer will be cancelled.

It will be clearly stated in the product description if there is a limit to the quantity of a product each customer can purchase.

Shipping Times

During the release of Pokémon 30th Celebration, we’ll endeavour to dispatch all Pokémon orders on the same day they are placed.

However, due to the exceptionally high volume of orders expected during the release, we anticipate that some orders will take a little longer to process and will be dispatched the following working day.
